Accommodation
Applications are filed online through the web-student system, within the dates in the campaign schedule.
Three steps to your key
First the declaration, then confirming your grounds, finally moving in with the hall warden.
File the declaration
Through web-student, within the schedule. Applications are not accepted if you owe the unit money at that moment.
Confirm your grounds
For grounds other than "general", first-time applicants confirm in person (or by notarised proxy) at the Accommodation desk, block 23A, or by e-mail.
Move in
After the allocation, the hall warden accommodates you against the accommodation order, an address card, a passport photo and your ID card.

Eleven application criteria.
- General grounds
- Married student couples
- Unmarried, divorced or widowed with a child under 2
- Students with both parents deceased or unknown
- Students with one parent
- Members of large families
- Reduced working capacity over 70% (TELK)
- Bulgarian doctoral students
- International students and doctoral students
- Siblings studying at UNWE
- Difficult social circumstances with a KSBVU decision

Rent and payment
The discount applies to every payment method.

State your personal number, student number, full name and the exact amount from your profile, without rounding. The account is only for hall charges, not tuition. Transfers are not processed on the last two days of the month.
